The following scenes are from a 1970 British action show depicting UFO's coming to Earth. The Ufos can only exist in Earth's Atmosphere for 24 hours before the oxygen in the atmosphere disintergrates their ships. SHADO - AKA Supreme Headquarters Alien Defense Organization is an affiliate of many European countries backed by American funding to stop the Ufos from landing on Earth. Back by state of the art equipment they utilize such items as a Moonbase on the Moon to underwater Submarines equipt with a jet-fighter on the nose. The weapons are as technical as possible for the 70's. Moonbase boast a compact base of operations equipt with three Interceptors. Each Interceptor fires a large missile to deter Ufos as the first line of defense.

Second line of defense are the submarine fleet, (14 by last count) called Sky-Diver. Sky-Diver is a compact Submarine capable of sea-skim (Hydro-foil) operations on the surface. The Sky-Diver Submarine can dive beneath the waters. At a fifteen degree tilt, the "Sky" portion of the Submarine is launched using to rocket thrusters similar to Harpoon Missiles. The Sky jet then climbs to 20,000 feet before looking for its target. |

The last line of defense are the basic ground troops. Using specialized tanks called Mobiles, they track down a "ground" landing in the attempt of neutralizing the Ufos, or capturing their aliens if possible. Mobiles are carried on special transports that can reach a location within eighteen hours. |

| All of this is controlled by SHADO, located beneath a film studio. SHADO is currently run by an American by the name of Edward Straker. An analytical and cold man. He is assited by two British Colonels, Alex Freeman, and Paul J. Foster(Pictured above). Special assignments are assigned to Colonel Virginia Lake, Spec-ops corps of SHADO. | And the main mystery... the UFO itself. They are triangular in shape, avoid
radar, have a clear hull that disintergrates in from the oxygen in our atmosphere.
They can only stay for 24 to 48 hours. There planet is a complete mystery, but
they are known to kidnap humans in different places. From out of there cars, homes
in the standard alien abduction, to sinking entire ships at sea to collect those on board.
