Major Kusanagi is more than a female operative for section 9.   She is a Cyborg to the fullest degree.  Only her brain is human.  She is on the hunt for the "Puppetmaster", a high tech computer hacker that can erase even a human's memories and replace them with a simulated memory.
	Batoi, is Major Kusanagi's sidekick partner.  He has Cyborg emplants.  His eyes are fully replace giving him a wide range of optics and a near perfect marksmanship on the shooting range.  You can say he is Kusanagi's ace-in-the-hole.
Major Kusanagi about to make a strike against an illegal immagrant.  Political intrigue, espionage, and action all are part of Ghost in the Shell.
	The Brain of this clerk has been hacked by the "Puppetmaster." No one knows his motives, or his hidden objectives.  This could be a loss lead, or it could be a source of valuable information.  The most horrifiying thing about this is that it happened to a Cyborg the same level as Major Kusanagi.  No one is safe from the "Puppetmaster."
